Readiness announces strategic partnership with appCURE

Legacy applications have long been a challenge in the effort to migrate and maintain an evergreen desktop platform, the combination of appCURE and Readiness delivers automated software discovery and packaging delivery – reducing the time, complexity and risk to application migrations.

This month of November 2020 sees the combination of two strategic efforts to combine and automate the technical challenge of discovering, recovering and repackaging legacy applications on ageing desktop and server systems. Today, we are delighted to announce our strategic partnership with appCURE.

Greg Lambert, the CEO of Readiness says,

“Readiness has a long history of resolving and automating compatibility and packaging challenges. However, the task of collecting installed applications on existing builds has in the past, been relegated to a hand-crafted, manual process. appCURE is a tremendous addition to solving this long-standing problem.”

appCURE ’s unique ’on-disk capture’ capabilities and automation tools can transform any application no matter how old or complex, ready for deployment to a modern, more secure operating system. This means that any application new or old can now be included in your ongoing continuous development effort.

Steve Horne (appCURE), says that,

“AppCURE is the fastest and most agile solution to dynamically manage application transformation and delivery for server and desktop applications that delivers everything you need to enable your application digital transformation.”

Using the following diagram as an application process flow guide, it’s obvious that appCURE is an integral component of an enterprise packaging process and a key component of the continuous development effort found on-today’s modern desktop platforms.
